Finished Stepping Stone for Lisa

Hello, I was at the Jordan Farmer's Market recently, 7/4/09, with my stepping stones and garden sculptures and Lisa, a girl from a food vendor, came over and looked at all my stones and sculptures.  Of course she also came over to pet P-nut, my dog.  Then she told me that I should make a horse.  So I asked, "What's a horse look like?  I'm going to have to look it up".  She said that she could draw me one.  So I gave her a paper and pencil and said, "Go ahead.  See if you can draw me one".  She asked, "How about a square horse?"  I said, "Ok.". So this is the picture she drew me.  Obviously, she has drawn a horse before.   The colors listed are my own ideas.  I took her picture home and transfered it into a stepping stone.  She will be surprised when she sees it.  Maybe she can help me pass out my brochures to help pay for the stone.  I thought, "Why not give other kids and grandmas a chance to get a stone from a drawing?"  Kids always want to show off their work.  And you will have something that can keep for a long time. They can choose what colors they want on their stone and I will try my best to duplicate it.  Of course, the colors will fade a bit during the drying process of the cement. But they should be close. Now doesn't this sound like an unusual gift for a kid, or for grandma?....and it's in stone!   Put your order in now and I will get back to you a.s.a.p. Thank you, Dan Carlson
