   Nice meeting you! The factory is absolutely amazing. Really
   impressive...makes me feel like a kid (in a good way).
  You took on a very difficult challenge when stepping up to plate to build the factory clay model
   from an illustration I sent you, but I'm happy to say you knocked it out of the park!
   I was shocked at how great the clay model turned out.
   It looked just like the illustration and even had some added goodies!
