Create a grouping of 2 or 3 small, dancing figures to hang on the
wall or in a frame.
Instruction will be given on creating a basic face, hands, shoes,
clothing and embellishments from polymer clay. These will then be
baked and attached to the wire armature. Next the body will be
covered with textured and patterned fabric that is also created from
polymer clay.
Techniques learned will be:
* building sturdy and
size-appropriate armatures
* Blending colors to
match a color scheme
* Building patterned
polymer clay stacks or canes for clay clothing
* Using textures and
surface powders to created clay clothing
* Making simple
hands, faces and feet |
