Lyrics of Strange things happen
Once upon a time as I was walking
Through a
forest way out West
I could hear a faint voice calling calling
A baby
Eagle had fallen from its nest
It's so good to see you said the young
Eagle
I'm so glad that you have come around
To carry me back up in my tree
And off of this cold cold ground
I said think nothing of it
I-m glad
to help in some way
After an hour of talking
I found myself walking
And
enjoying the rest of my day
Strange things happen in this world of ours
(Yes they do)
Strange things have happened to me (Oh yes they have)
A
picture cannot tell the whole story (Oh no it can't)
Some things your eyes
have to see
Many many years later
I was walking through the same
national park
Walking alone through Yellowstone
In an hour the skies would
be dark
Then....Way down the trail I saw something
And....It was
picking up speed
A herd of Buffalo running towards me
I was about to die
in a stampede
When suddenly at the last second
Something grabbed both
of my shoulders
And pulled me out of harms way
A full grown Eagle had
rescued me
It swooped down and saved my day (how strange is that?)
Strange things happen in this world of ours ( Oh yes, yes they do)
Strange
things have happened to me (Oh yes, yes they have)
A picture cannot tell the
whole story (Oh no no no)
Some things your eyes have to see
